Berth H. Milton
Chairman, President
Berth H. Milton was appointed to the Board of Directors of Private Media Group, Inc. in February 1998 and was the Corporate Secretary from June 1998 until February 1999. In February 1999, Milton was appointed Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Milton has been Administrator of Milcap Media Group from its inception until June 2000 and has been acting as an advisor to Milcap Media Group since 1991. Milton is active in several international industry and real estate projects and developments.
Ilan Bunimovitz
Chief Executive Officer
Ilan Bunimovitz was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Private Media Group in April 2009, three months after being made Executive Vice President of Private’s Online Media Division when Private completed acquisition of his company, Gamelink, in December 2008. Bunimovitz founded San Francisco based Gamelink in 1993 and served as CEO building Gamelink into a leading U.S. eCommerce portal. Bunimovitz graduated from Bar Ilan University in Israel with a BA in Psychology. In February 2010, Bunimovitz received the pretigious XBIZ Businessman of the Year Award.
Johan Gillborg
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
Johan Gillborg was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Private Media Group in August 1998. In 2000, he became Chairman of Private Benelux and Private France. Gillborg joined Private Media Group in 1992 as a marketing consultant. From 1991 to 1992, he operated his own business, which acted as sub-contracting sales force for Securitas Direct of Sweden. From 1988 to 1990, Gillborg served as a general manager in the hotel business in the United Kingdom and Portugal. Gillborg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Schiller International University, London.
Hans Christian Anderson
Vice President of Investor Relations
Hans Christian Anderson was appointed Vice President of Investor Relations at Private Media Group in April 2009. Before joining Private, Anderson was a private banker and wealth manager in Switzerland between 2006 and 2008. Anderson started his first business in importing and distributing high quality fashion items and sports goods into Norway which he built into a successful retail business before moving into the financial arena, his chosen realm of expertise.
