PRIVATE LAUNCHES ADULT SOCIAL NETWORKING SERVICES IN THE US AND CANADA

April 15, 2008 – Barcelona, Private Media Group, Inc (NASDAQ: PRVT), a global leader in high quality adult entertainment, and Pilgrim Telephone, Inc., a leader in social networking services for wireless and wire-line subscribers, today announced the US and Canadian launch of Intimate Connections® instant voice messaging platform, the first step in the development of Private and Pilgrim’s strategic US and Canadian alliance.
The service gives fans the opportunity to connect with each other, and to hear from Private girls and their friends. Intimate Connections® is accessible by both wireless and land line telephones, and callers spend on average $50 per call, which is expected to generate substantial incremental revenue for Private going forward.
